Revise Documents

Revise all documents and place in the OneDrive folder with your name as individual pdf format files.

Save your final documents as YearLastNameNameofDocument :



  • letter to reference/ request for recommendation
  • Artist Statements (short and long) As separate documents
  • Bio
  • Resume (whichever version you need for your application or the original assignment)
  • Cover letter

Remember: label everything with your name and contact info. There should be no question as to whom these documents belong. Make sure all documents are at least in the same font, and even better, also in the same font size. Make sure your formatting is similar from one document to another.
